Session of Council and Association Presidium has taken place. Definition of priorities and strategic problems for a year 2010 became the basic theme of discussion by participants of session, but as it is accepted, have begun with summarizing of 2009-year. 

Addressing to events of last year, the president "Ukravtoprom" Mikhail Reznik ascertained: «For association 2009 was not simple, as well as for the domestic industry as a whole. Estimating those conditions and that pressure which appears on the Ukrainian manufacturer from outside the international institutions in sphere of an openness of the market on the one hand, and taxation system – with another, we can note falling of competitiveness of our production and real prospect of closing of variety of manufactures».
According to participants of session, from the moment of the first crisis displays in branch the Association was active in the decision of the sharp problem questions having operative character and strategic value, after all throughout 2009 by association of motor-car manufacturers has been developed and submitted a number of documents which play defining value in a question of ability to live of motor industry in Ukraine.
